The house hunt has come to an Olympic finish.
The inspection was Thursday and brought about no surprises - we knew what he was going to say and so he did.
We waived our conditions and signed our last bit of paper (for now).
Now we wait.
We take possession May 20th so we have 3 months to sort out our stuff and pack our belongings.
Basically get our act together.
I feel lucky that we found such an amazing house where we will have so much space- space to spare.
Birds and chickens to watch (yes, our neighbour keeps chickens!) and a bay window for our cats to sit in and watch the world go by.
Now life can go back to normal. My body has given in by giving in to a head cold and I'm completely exhausted so I want to take this weekend to get caught up on some much needed rest and next week I can go back to working out, thinking clearly and not obsessing about mortgage rates.
I'm a happy girl.
(Oh and I checked this morning and it's no longer on MLS! I don't know why that excites me but it totally does!)
