I have, however, established the habit of drinking gimlets everyday and indulging a wee bit too much, too often (like almost every day.)
So - in the interest of my health and steadily increasing waistline, I have decided to get out my yoga mat and sneakers and start doing some dvds at home.
Sure - they aren't the best workout out there (boot camp! how I miss you!) but I think it's a bit more realistic (and doable) than joining a gym (snore) or going back to boot camp (ka-ching!) or yoga ($22 per class? Not with my mortgage.)
Here's one I have that I'm going to search for:
It's actually a pretty good workout. There are 3 different levels so once you conquer a level, you can move up.
I was thinking I would also buy a new yoga dvd, see if I like it and then I could go to a class if I'm into it.
