Ok - this one is going to be a bit of a downer.

In just one week, two people I know have died of aneurysms.

One was a friend of my sister

the other was someone I work with.

Aneurysms terrify me.

Sudden or accidental death terrifies me.

There is no preparation for what is to come.

The two people who died were 60 and 63. That's not old.

It's tragic.

I wish these were the only two people I know of who have died of this - but they aren't.

I don't know why I'm writing about this.

I guess it's the shock of it.

The realization that they are no longer here - when a week ago - they were.
