I love Nick Hornby.
He's one of my favorite authours.
He's one of the only ones that I would actually like to meet because he's
so cool.
I just started this last night and I love it so far.
I finished "Never Let Me Go" yesterday and while I appreciate how well written it was
it was totally depressing.
There is a huge build-up throughout the entire book where you anticipate finally
getting the "why" of it all.
And it kind of breaks your heart in the end because it's what you expected all along
(or at least what I expected.)
I don't want to give anything away but I would recommend it.
It's definitely worth reading
Kazuo Ishiguro is a very good writer.
But it's all kind of bleak
and on a rainy, dark, autumn evening,
bleak was not what I needed.
Juliet, Naked is bringing it back up.
Love it so far!
